Recorded Statements

Our specialty is obtaining detailed statements from claimants and writing comprehensive reports that enable adjusters to immediately determine compensability.

We contact injured workers, their supervisors, and witnesses to conduct in-depth interviews. Our recorded statements will provide you with all contact information, demographics, medical history, details of the accident, medical treatment, time lost from work, and lifestyle questions.

With 60+ years of expertise in the industry, our adjusters tailor each interview based on the accident such as mental stress, repetitive motion injuries, etc. We also have knowledge of construction, farming, marine, and other special industries.

Our reports will help you determine the legitimacy of a claim and we can alert you to subrogation opportunities as well as possible fraud. 

We can also obtain medical authorization releases, explain benefits, coordinate medical appointments, and help Nurse Case Managers.

All of our translations are completed by native Spanish speakers, not by computers.

Contact Calls

We are available for pre-scheduled 3-way calls with you and your claimant to help you provide excellent customer service. Our adjusters are native speakers who are able to effectively communicate with Hispanics from over 21 different countries; no important information is lost in translation.

Translations and Transcriptions

We can translate recorded interviews as well as documents. We do not use AI powered applications or third-parties, our adjusters complete all transcriptions.
